I. Summary
ZSY series is a kind of hard tooth gearbox produced according to JB/T8853-2001. Its shafts are assembled parallel. They are widely used in mining, metallurgy, lifting, transportation, cement, building, painting, pharmaceutical industries, textile, chemical industry.
II. Features
1,The gears are all made of high quality low carbon alloy steel by normalizing and carburizing. The hardness of the gears reaches HRC58-62. The gears are all grinded with high precision and good contact.
2,High transmission efficiency: single stage’s efficiency is more than 96.5%, double stage’s more than 93%, three stage’s more than 90%
3,This series reduction gearbox has small size, light weight, large bearing capacity, longer life.
4,High stability, stable operation, low noise.
5,The main parameters, such as center distance and transmission ratio, have been optimized, and the main parts have good interchangeability, easy disassembly and installation.
6,Generally, oil pool lubrication and natural cooling are used. When the thermal power is insufficient, circulating oil lubrication or fan and cooling plate can be used for cooling.
III. Conditions when using
1. Input speed of high speed shaft of reducer is not more than 1500r / min
2. The peripheral speed of reducer’s gear shall not be more than 20 m / s.
3.The wor ept environment temperature of the reducer is – 40 ~ + 50 ºC. When the temperature is lower than 0 ºC, the lubricating oil need to be preheated to above 0 ºC before starting.
4. The reducer can operate in both positive and negative directions.
